1. Who is responsible

2. The short version
LEVR does not collect your data. It stays on your phone.
- Everything you enter — workouts, sets, markers such as sleep or mood, notes, progress photos — is written to storage that belongs to the app on your own device, and is never sent to us.
- This version of the app has no server to send anything to. Nothing about you is uploaded to us, backed up to us, or held by us.
- There are no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no crash reporting in the app.
- You never have to sign in. The app is fully functional without an account.
- Uninstalling the app deletes your data, because your data is only ever on your device (§7).
The two features that involve another company are Google's: the optional "Sign in with Google" button, and the one-time purchase, which Google Play processes. Both are described in §4.
3. What the app stores on your device
All of the following is stored in the app's private storage on your phone. None of it is transmitted anywhere by LEVR.

Because we never receive any of it, we cannot read it, sell it, share it, lose it in a breach, or use it to train anything. That is a property of how the app is built, not a promise about how we behave.
Android's own backup is switched off for LEVR, and progress photos are additionally excluded from device-to-device transfer, so your logs and photos are not copied to a Google Drive backup by the operating system either.
4. What leaves your device, and to whom
Two features involve Google. In both, Google acts on its own behalf, under Google's own privacy policy — LEVR receives no data about you from either beyond what is named below.
Sign in with Google (optional). If you tap it, Android's Credential Manager shows you the Google accounts on your device and, if you choose one, Google issues an identity token to the app. Google learns that you signed in to LEVR. The app keeps only your Google account id and display name, on your device, as a label showing who you are signed in as. The token itself is not stored. Sign-in unlocks nothing and gates nothing. Signing out deletes both values.
The one-time purchase (optional). If you unlock the Correlate feature, the purchase is made with Google — Google Commerce Limited is the seller — inside Google Play. Your payment details go to Google and never touch this app. The app asks Google Play, on your device, whether this Google account owns the unlock, and stores nothing about the transaction itself. Notifications are generated by the app on your phone. There is no push service, and no message from us reaches your device.
We do not transfer personal data internationally, because we do not receive any to transfer.
5. Health-related data
Markers such as sleep, mood, soreness or menstrual-cycle data are special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. In LEVR they are typed in by you and stay on your device, so we never process them, under any legal basis, and there is no consent for you to give us for them.
The app's correlations between those markers and your training are computed on your phone, by code running locally. Nothing is sent away to be analysed, and no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you (Art. 22).
If a version of LEVR ever sends any of this off your device, it would require a new version of this policy and your explicit consent, asked for at the time, and it would be visible in the Google Play data-safety section before you chose to update.

7. Deleting your data
Uninstalling LEVR deletes everything it holds about you. Because nothing was ever uploaded, nothing survives the uninstall — there is no copy at our end to ask us to delete, and no account of yours on any server of ours.
Inside the app you can also:
- delete individual sets, sessions, marker entries and photos as you go;
- sign out, which erases the stored Google name and account id;
- clear everything without uninstalling, using Android's own Settings → Apps → LEVR → Storage → Clear storage, which empties the app's private storage.

These deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed by us, because we hold no copy. Keeping your own records is your responsibility.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent, over personal data a controller holds about you.
We hold none of your data from the app. The only personal data we come to hold is what you send us directly: if you write to , we hold your email address and the contents of your message for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of what was said. You can ask us to delete that at the same address, and we will unless we are required to keep it — for example where a message concerns a purchase and tax law requires the record to be retained.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), https://uoou.gov.cz, and you may equally complain to the authority where you live.
9. Children
LEVR is not for children. The first screen at first launch asks you to confirm you are 16 or older; the only thing stored is that one confirmation — no date of birth, no age. If you indicate you are younger, the app does not open and stores nothing about you.
10. Security
Your data is protected by the operating system's app sandbox: private app storage that other apps cannot read, on a device you control. Your phone's own lock screen is the meaningful protection, since anyone holding an unlocked phone can open the app. Keeping your device secure, updated and locked is your responsibility.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot protect data we never receive.
11. Changes to this policy
If the app changes what it does with your data, this document changes with it. The app ships the current text inside itself — Settings → Legal & privacy — so you can read it offline, and the published copy is at https://stelnos.com/levr/privacy. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the current version.
