Purchase Terms

Version: 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-08-10.

These terms cover the one-time LEVR purchase. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which apply in full to the paid feature.

LEVR has no subscription: there is no recurring charge, no renewal, no free trial and no billing period. These terms replace any earlier LEVR subscription terms.

1. What you are buying

LEVR is free to install and free to use for logging your training. One purchase, made once, unlocks the depth of the Correlate feature — every correlation LEVR finds in your data, the two-marker overlay, and the lag slider.

You are buying a feature unlock in software you already have, not access to a service.

What stays free, purchased or not:

  • logging your training, without limit;
  • reading your own history, markers and photos, in full and never blurred, sampled or truncated;
  • one real correlation — the free app shows you a genuine result, not a locked preview of one;
  • deleting your data, and every other control over it.

2. Price

The price is set in Google Play. The app shows you Google's own price, in your currency, including any tax Google collects for your country, before you confirm the purchase. No price is written into these terms or into the app: if the app cannot reach the store, it says so and offers to retry rather than displaying a figure it cannot stand behind.

3. Who you are contracting with

You buy from Google. Google Commerce Limited is the seller of record for content bought through Google Play. Your payment method and billing details are handled by Google and never reach this app or its publisher. Google's Play Terms of Service govern the transaction, including its payment, refund and cancellation rules.

These terms govern the unlock itself, between you and the app's publisher.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation (EU/EEA consumers)

EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, subject to the exceptions in that law. For digital content supplied immediately, the right ceases to apply where you gave prior express consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)). Whether that consent and acknowledgement were taken at checkout is a matter of Google's purchase flow, since Google is the seller.

To exercise a withdrawal or cancellation right, use Google Play's refund flow, or contact us at and we will deal with it in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Where any clause here conflicts with mandatory consumer law in your country, that law prevails.

5. Refunds

Google Play's own refund rules apply to the transaction, including its post-purchase window, and a request to Google is normally the fastest route. Outside those rules, we may issue a refund from the Play Console at our discretion, and will do so where the law requires it. Write to with the Play order number and a description of the problem.

6. Your unlock

  • It is tied to your Google account, by Google. Reinstall the app, or set up a new phone, sign in to Google Play with the same account, and the app finds the purchase and unlocks itself.
  • It does not expire. There is no renewal to miss and no lapse.
  • It works offline once granted, because the entitlement check runs on your device.
  • If Google Play cannot be reached, the app says so and stays locked rather than guessing; your data and the free features are unaffected. It unlocks again once Play responds.
  • If the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the unlock ends; everything in §1's free list remains available.

The unlock is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the paid feature. It may not be shared, resold or sublicensed, and it must not be circumvented or tampered with (Terms of Service §4).

7. Availability of the paid feature

The paid feature analyses the data you have entered. How much it can show you depends on how much you log, and a correlation cannot be produced from data that is not there. Nothing about the purchase is a promise of any particular result, insight or number of correlations.

The limitation of liability and the no-warranty section in the Terms of Service (§6 and §7) apply to the paid feature as they do to the rest of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We change this document when the purchase changes. A change never reaches back into a purchase you have already made. The published copy is at https://stelnos.com/levr/purchase-terms, and the current text ships inside the app under Settings → Legal & privacy.
